At Mama Mode, we’re committed to reducing waste and producing responsibly. To honour this, our collections are made in limited quantities—so popular sizes can sell out quickly. For our most in-demand essentials, we offer pre-orders once new stock is confirmed to arrive within 4–6 weeks.

Pre-ordering is the best way to secure your size before it sells out again. Estimated shipping dates are clearly noted on each product page at the time of purchase. We aim to dispatch all pre-order items on or before the listed date, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Cancellations

If the item is delayed beyond the estimated date, you may request a cancellation; however, a $5 AUD cancellation and restocking fee will apply.
