We are proudly an Australian brand, with every item, carefully selected, and packed by our team in Sydney. We are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and transparency. Please find below all you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for orders to be packed and dispatched. During promotional periods or peak seasons, slight delays in processing may occur.
If an order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, customers are encouraged to place a separate order.

Shipping times listed below are in addition to processing time and are provided as a guide only. These estimates are based on information from Australia Post and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or service disruptions.

Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by customs, public holidays, severe weather events, or courier-related transit issues. While every effort is made to support affected customers, we not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
Please note that processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, courier transit errors or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at the time of purchase. Mama Mode cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Rest of the World
For international customers outside Australia, we are happy to assist in arranging shipping where possible. Please contact us directly for a personalised shipping quote.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International orders do not include local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Mama Mode does not issue refunds for customs fees or taxes.
Should a parcel be refused upon delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will be held for up to 2 weeks. If fees remain unpaid, the parcel may be abandoned, and any eligible refund may be reduced by additional handling fees. Mama Mode is not responsible for recovering or reimbursing abandoned parcels.
Authority to Leave
Please note that all orders will be automatically set with Authority to Leave. This means that Australia Post will leave the parcel in a secure location at the delivery address without requiring a signature. If the delivery address is considered unsafe or unattended, customers are advised to provide an alternative address at checkout.
Mama Mode does not take responsibility for deliveries to temporary addresses, including hotels. If an order arrives after a hotel stay concludes, return shipping arrangements and associated costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking link. Customers may use this link to follow the progress of their parcel.
