At Mama Mode, we hope you love your purchase—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, we offer store credit only for eligible returns for the original value paid (Australia only). Please see the details below to ensure your return meets our policy.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. However, you’re welcome to return your item for store credit, which can be used to place a new order at your convenience.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for return and store credit:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in 100% original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Please be extra careful when trying on your purchase as any garments returned that do not meet this requirement may be subject to refusal and returned back to you at your expense.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation or packing slip).
Please note:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount)

Items returned outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
- Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
Returns that do not meet the outlined conditions above will not be accepted. In such cases, the customer will be notified accordingly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty:

Items marked as Final Sale.
Faulty items
We sincerely apologise if a faulty item has been received. In such instances, customers are encouraged to contact the customer care team via the contact details below. The team will assist as promptly as possible to resolve the issue.
How to Lodge a Return
All returns must be approved prior to sending items back.
To initiate a return:

Contact the customer care team using the contact information below. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once approved, return instructions and a return address will be provided.

Repackage the item(s) securely and send via a tracked postal service.
Please note:

Mama Mode is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A traceable shipping method is strongly recommended to ensure safe delivery.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once a return is received at the Mama Mode warehouse in Sydney, Australia, please allow 3–4 business days for processing. After the return has been assessed and accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, and store credit will be issued.
Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods.
Paid with Afterpay?
Once your return has been processed, store credit will be issued in full—allowing you to shop again immediately while continuing to pay off your Afterpay instalments.
