6. Orders and Purchases

6.1 Orders

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the methods provided on the Site.

• We use third-party payment gateways and do not store your payment details.

6.3 Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

7. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. While we dispatch orders in a timely manner, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party courier services.

8. Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances after the expiry date will be forfeited. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mama Mode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Our total liability in connection with any goods or services provided through the Site is limited to the purchase price of those goods or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mama Mode harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
