Carbon Footprint

We're taking a closer look at our supply chain from end to end — from sourcing and production through to final delivery — to better understand how we can minimise our carbon footprint. We know this is an ongoing journey, and we’re committed to continually exploring ways to do better, with care and consideration at every step.

Labelling and Packaging

We are working towards a goal of eliminating virgin single-use plastic from our supply chain.

As part of this commitment, we use POLLAST!C Mailers from The Better Packaging Co., made from 100% recycled Ocean Bound Plastic pollution. We also use compostable shipping labels and stickers from Heaps Good Packaging. Our garment bags are currently made from 100% recycled plastic, with a view to transitioning to compostable alternatives by 2027.

We also use recyclable honeycomb kraft paper wrap and recyclable boxes for shipping. Looking ahead, we’re exploring biodegradable and compostable options for our pallet wrap, tape and shipping labels to further reduce our impact.

Apparel Production

Our apparel range uses Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton, which supports more sustainable farming practices. BCI cotton helps reduce our carbon footprint by promoting efficient water use, healthier soil, and lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional cotton farming. Learn more about the sustainability of the materials and fabrics used in our products here.

We're also actively working with our suppliers to better understand how they’re improving energy efficiency across their operations, supporting a shared commitment to more sustainable manufacturing.

Freight and delivery

We are continuously exploring ways to reduce our carbon footprint in every part of our business, including freight delivery. Our goal is to work with companies who offer carbon-neutral delivery services, ensuring your order reaches you responsibly. We primarily use sea freight for shipping stock, as it significantly lowers carbon emissions compared to air freight. For domestic deliveries, we work with Australia Post’s carbon-neutral parcel service to minimise environmental impact by offsetting emissions through certified climate projects.
